Fluoride consumption leads to brain damage, says study

It is becoming increasingly difficult for fluoride fanatics to defend the practice of artificial water fluoridation, thanks to a plethora of new reports highlighting its many dangers. A new study published in the journal Neurologia reveals that chronic exposure to, and ingestion of, the synthetic fluoride chemicals added to water supplies can cause serious brain and neurological damage. Confirming several others recently published, the study further exposes the lunacy of deliberately adding toxic chemicals to the water supply in the name of saving teeth.

“The prolonged ingestion of fluoride may cause significant damage to health and particularly the nervous system,” write researchers Valdez-Jiminez, et al. in their report. “Fluoride is capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier, which may cause biochemical and functionalchanges in the nervous system during pregnancy, since the fluoride accumulates in braintissue before birth.”

There you have it, folks. Fluoride chemicals, which are derived from the waste emitted by the aluminum and phosphate mining industries, by the way (http://www.naturalnews.com/031541_F…), cross directly into the brain where they lodge themselves and cause disease. They also enter the thyroid and pineal glands and disrupt proper hormone production, which leads to various other illnesses.

There simply is no denying the deadly truth about fluoride anymore. Ample evidence is continually being released that exposes fluoride as a highly-toxic chemical poison, and even the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) admits that fluoride is a toxin. The US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) also initiated damage control recently by lowering its fluoridation recommendations following the release of studies showing that fluoride harms children (http://www.naturalnews.com/030952_C…).

“It’s apparent that fluorides have the ability to interfere with the functions of the brain,” says the US National Research Council’s (NRC) expert fluoride panel. “Fluorides also increase the production of free radicals in the brain through several different biological pathways. These changes have a bearing on the possibility that fluorides act to increase the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.”

It is also worth mentioning that the April 12, 2010, issue of TIME magazine lists fluoride as one of the “Top Ten Common Household Toxins.” Dubbing fluoride “neurotoxic and potentially tumorigenic if swallowed,” and it is difficult to determine how anyone can suggest that adding such a chemical to drinking water is in any way beneficial.

“Fluoride can be toxic by ingesting one part per million (ppm), and the effects are not immediate, as they can take 20 years or more to become evident,” adds the new report.

We spend hours each day basking in the false light of jazzy prime time solutions to complex human problems, which blur the lines between manufactured drama and reality. We are blasted with violence from television, movies and video games, which may not only desensitize us to human suffering, but may, in fact, make us enamored of bloodshed and pain.
We were told we were special, we were advanced when we failed, we were assured that our inadequacies were the sign of a special genius, all taking place in a social sphere while we were being plied with chemicals: Ritalin for active kids, zyprexa for aging adults and a host of other “helping hands” as we navigated through life.
Through all this, we were imbued with an attitude of American “exceptionalism.” We were the champions, we were the recipients of manifest destiny, as our conduct on the international stage became increasingly arrogant and forceful. After all, we are Americans—we are the best, right?—or so we convinced ourselves as the international murmurs of the “Ugly American” began to escalate to a roar.
Increasingly, this sense of “American exceptionalism” began to assert itself in our domestic policies as well, which began to smack of our collective sense of self-importance coupled with an uncontrollable desire to expand and subjugate. These domestic policies, launched from a perspective that “the government knows best,” have had a devastating effect on the family unit, as children were taken and aging adults were separated from familial care and placed in “guardianship” programs, where their assets were plundered and their lives often shortened. Factor in the escalating divorce rates and we can see where the social unit was functionally reduced to a unit of one—“Me First.”

ATF Head Names FBI, DEA In Gun-Trafficking Probe

Facing increasing pressure to resign, the interim head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) instead added more fuel to a congressional gun-trafficking probe by implicating the FBI and Drug Enforcement Administration on Wednesday.

Kenneth Melson told congressional investigators that several Mexican drug cartel operators targeted by his agency were paid informants for the FBI and DEA.

Melson said the FBI and DEA kept the ATF “in the dark” about their relationships with the cartel informants.

Under the ATF-led Fast and Furious gun-trafficking operation, the ATF lost track of the guns, which have been found at crime scenes in Mexico, a rural area near Nogales, Ariz., where a U.S. Border Patrol agent was killed, and at crime scenes in Phoenix.

West calls for Eric Holder’s removal

A new member of Congress who rode into office during the 2010 American rejection of Washington’s business-as-usual practice today said that a special prosecutor needs to review the actions of Attorney General Eric Holder regarding the “Fast and Furious” gun scandal where weapons were sold to carriers known to supply Mexican drug lords, and the circumstances make it appear that President Obama could have dirty hands in the deal.

During an appearance on the Steve Gill Show, U.S. Rep. Allen West said the roads that appear to lead to those responsible for the botched program that was supposed to trace guns to high-ranking drug lords are alarming.

“This is just another sad chapter in the Eric Holder book of ineptness and incompetence,” West said. “Eric Holder needs to be brought before an investigative committee and if those charges are warranted he needs to be held accountable.

“At least the president needs to realize that Eric Holder needs to be removed from the Department of Justice … or else it appears President Obama is complicit and in approval of the actions of his attorney general,” he said.

There is nothing worse in this world than an enslaved man who naively believes himself free, except, perhaps, trying to explain to that same man his predicament. You can lay truth after truth before his feet. You can qualify your every position with cold hard irrefutable data. You can plead and scream and raise veritable hell, but before he will ever listen, he must first become aware of his own dire circumstances. As long as he views himself as “safe and secure”, as long as he imagines his chains to be wings, he will see no reason to question the validity of the world around him, and he will certainly never invest himself into changing his own deluded destiny.

Unfortunately, there are many such men crawling and scraping about here in what was once a land graced with a self sufficient and independently minded public majority. The great lie that has been perpetuated in this country over the past several decades is that we can defer our responsibilities of vigilance and place our well being and our futures into the hands of others for the sake of “collective efficiency”, or leisure. We have been conditioned to live in a state of constant indifference, a society which prizes compromise over principle and steadfast resolve. Those who refuse to compromise that which is honorable for the sake of ease and comfort are indicted as “extremist” or even criminal. The idea of personal revolution is treated with discomfort, and all we claim to stand for becomes muddled in a fog of inaction and cynicism. As Americans, we have forgotten what it means to earn and protect our own freedoms. We have forgotten that in liberty, there are standards that must be defended.

This, however, does not mean we cannot yet again remember ourselves. The desire for freedom is as inborn and natural as our own heartbeat, as our own breath. It is instinct. It cannot be erased from within, only oppressed from without. The tide has always been against tyranny, always, though we may find that hard to believe. If liberty was not ingrained into our very DNA, humanity would have succumbed to bondage and self destructed long ago. This is not the case. Stretching under the surface of our superficial force-fed mainstream culture are the roots of something real, and honest. Simmering beneath our so called “civilized” veneer, many Americans are finally rediscovering their wild and defiant origins. In the recent past we have been taught to feel ashamed of our rebelliousness. Now, we are learning to hold it quite dear.

For those of us who are awake, and for those who are on the verge of understanding, certain rules come into play that strengthen our stance and shield us from folly. Liberty is not a self perpetuating social condition. It requires guidelines, and effort, and sacrifice. Liberty will not survive without our willingness to maintain it. If you are not ready and willing to fight for your own independence, then you are not truly free.

Let’s examine some of the inherent laws and guidelines of free will and free action that will allow us to not only win back our self determination, but to keep it for generations to come. You want liberty? This is what it takes…

Time to Toss “Values” Aside and “Kick Some Ass”

For me, the “last straw” was John McCain’s paranoid blithering about Afghanistan. He wants us to stay there forever. Good, the “Hanoi Songbird,” the real “Jane Fonda” has spoken, based on his heroic record. For those of you who don’t know, the only thing that kept McCain out of prison after leaving North Vietnam so many years ago was a presidential pardon. How bad? The accusations made against McCain by Hopper and Guy, real heroes, were damning beyond, well, beyond what?

The worst of it is that during his lucid moments, McCain may be the best of the lot in the Senate anyway. My guess is that McCain and his buddy Liebermann have some tie-in with the drug cartels. That’s just a guess.

So, lets take a second to look at Afghanistan.

We invaded Afghanistan, supposedly because of the destruction of 9/11. Jim Fetzer has a new article on 9/11 at Veterans Today. I strongly suggest reading it and passing it on. If you are bored with 9/11 or find yourself feeling comfortable about how this crime is being overlooked, you might just be wasting oxygen better used by a lawn mower or BBQ grill somewhere.

The two incidents, one with the WTC, buildings dissolving, hundreds of tons of steel turning to vapor for no reason or the Pentagon, hit by a missile, where do we start. The trail, endless billions in insurance scams, some groups warned in advance to “not show up” (yes, that part really happened), proof, endless proof that the US government helped by a foreign intelligence agency staged the 9/11 attacks, there is so much hard proof out there now, testimony, science, documents, it would be the easiest criminal prosecution in history. Fetzer has a few new wrinkles in his piece and Alan Sabrosky made his case for Israel’s complicity.

Both Fetzer and Sabrosky are Marines with impressive CV’s. Ignore them at the risk of your self esteem.
