The foundation of a free republic is equal justice under the law. Take away that fundamental tenet and liberty itself will quickly collapse. Democrat or Republican; liberal or conservative; male or female; Caucasian, Negro, Hispanic, Indian, or Asian; rich or poor; powerful or ordinary; Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, or atheist: they all mean absolutely NOTHING in a court of law. Lady Justice is rightly symbolized with a blindfold over her eyes. In a court of law, there is absolutely no place for racial prejudice, religious prejudice, political prejudice, or personal prejudice. The only thing that matters in a court of law is equal justice under the law. Nothing else matters! NOTHING!

Every judicial race in this country that I’ve ever heard of is a non-partisan race. Candidates for judge run without party affiliation. The obvious reason for this fact is because judges are entrusted to adjudicate the law without political bias or favor. That’s the way it’s SUPPOSED to be, anyway.

However, it has become obvious that too many times our courtrooms exude political prejudice and abject cronyism. It is no hyperbole to say that there are tens of thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands) of men and women in America’s penal institutions who are nothing more than political prisoners. The kangaroo courts of Mao, Stalin, and Hitler have nothing on many of the courts in the United States of America today.

The comment was about a ‘Land Patent’. I had never heard of that, so I researched it.

WOW! What I found out is amazing and proves how our government began committing fraud against us in the early 1900s. They obviously began taking away our Freedoms and Sovereign rights on purpose to be where we are at now.

But, when we ALL educate ourselves and each other about what our Rights our and the TRUTH is – WE WILL WIN!

This is one of the most important articles of information I have ever written. This is about our claiming our Sovereign rights as given to us from our Forefathers and there is nothing the government can do to take it away ONCE we CLAIM it!

Every Single person that owns property/land/house needs to do this! IT IS OUR RIGHT!

Once we all claim our Land Patent our property can NEVER be taken from us via foreclosure or non-payment of taxes! It can NEVER be taken from us via Eminent domain either!

As highlighted by the American Society of Registered Nurses (ASRN), government claims that tens or even hundreds of thousands of people are dying left and right because they aren’t getting their flu shots is total bunk. Data pulled from death certificates and the U.S. National Vital Statistics System (NVSS) reveal that very few people die from the flu, suggesting that it really isn’t much of a threat.

Compared to almost every other potential cause of death out there, the flu hardly even ranks as a threat. If you’re a woman, the data shows that you’re more likely to die during pregnancy and childbirth than from the flu. At most, only about 500 people die every year from the actual flu, and a study published in the American Journal of Public Health (AJPH) suggests that even this number is far too high.

What if, in order to emphasize its condemnation of general warrants, the Fourth Amendment requires the government to obtain a warrant from a judge before invading the persons, houses, papers or effects of anyone and lays down the preconditions for the issuance of such warrants?
